Refund Policy

A full refund facility is available if you decided to cancel our providing services within 5 days of payment.
In case you want to cancel or terminate these services after the mentioned 5 days then you need to pay a certain amount of charge which you can made within the latest 45 days of cancellation.
Any service renewal cancellation needs to be done 10 days before the next bill cycle starts.
If you cancel after the billing cycle’s commencement date then you should pay the equivalent amount of the project’s working hours that are put into the billable month.
Did already signed up for our services but not using our services then you are still responsible to pay us.
The cancellation and the refund amount will be credited within 45 days of canceling services.
